Sealcoating

We have the tools and the experience to handle any size sealcoating job, no matter how large or small. More importantly, we can do any size job efficiently which translates into high quality work at a competitive price for both the single family home owner and the large commercial property manager.

Why do so many people choose Apex Services for sealcoating?

In a word: Value.

We pride ourselves on doing a high quality job on every job. While you may be able to find someone cheaper, it would be hard to find someone to do the quality of work at a lower price.

If you don't believe us, see:

What our clients say about us.

What do you mean "High Quality Work"

Of course everyone says they do a great job. Who wouldn't? To us a high quality job means we are going to cover all of the asphalt (which means we trim back all edges prior to sealing) and nothing more. How many times have you seen (or maybe it has happened to you personally) sealer slopped on curbs, garage doors or sidewalks. To us that is unprofessional and not tolerated. We will never get sealer on anything but the asphalt it is intended to be on (and if we do, because mistakes do happen, we have the tools to clean it off quickly so it won't leave any marks).

Sealcoating Process

One coat or two?

Are two coats of sealer better than one? Of course they are! But it's not always necessary. For a typical driveway one coat of commercial grade sealer is sufficient. The only time we reccomend 2 coats for a driveway is when there is new asphalt that has never been sealed before. New asphalt will be much more porus and really soak in the sealer.

For parking lots, 2 coats can very often be necessary. The determining factor is traffic volume. A convenience store is going to receive alot more traffic than a small office building. We can assess the current condition of your parking lot and make a reccomendation for you.
