Sealcoating Process

While this example shows the process for sealcoating a driveway, the same principles apply to a parking lot.

When we first arrive at your house, we will knock on the door to make sure all cars are out of the garage.
After the edges have been trimmed, we use backpack or walk behind blowers to completely clear the surface of all dirt and debris.
Sealer is then laid out around the perimeter of the driveway.
A small brush is used to seal around the edges of the driveway to insure we get all the way to the edge without get any sealer on unwanted surfaces such as sides of building, garage floors and sidewalks.
A large brush is used to spread out and finish the driveway. Care is taken to minimize any brush strokes.
Carpet is placed on the sidewalk and the end of the driveway so no footprints are left behind.

After The driveway is completed it will be inspected and roped off.

We recommend staying off the driveway for 48 Hours.
